World Centres
WAGGGS owns four World Centres situated in Switzerland, Mexico, India and the UK. They are open to members (past and present) of the Guide Association, some have a lower age limit, which may vary depending on the session. You can visit a World Centre either for an organised session, holiday, or just drop in if you're passing. They are all entirely different, and have different cultures, but have one thing in common - they will offer you a warm welcome! Click on the links below to visit the four World Centre websites:

Friends
All of the centres have a group of ‘Friends' to support them with those special projects and activities that are sometimes outside the usual budget. See their individual sites for details of how you can help or if you can't decide which is your favourite why not check out the ‘Friends of the Four World Centres ‘ and support them all.
House Assistants
You can apply to become a house assistant at one of the World Centres. This is usually for 3 or 5 months. In return for working at the centre you get your bed and board, a little pocket money and endless opportunities to learn about the country and meet guiders from all over the world.
