Growing Guiding Including Recruitment

As Girlguiding UK enters its Centenary year it is important to be prepared for the inevitable new and renewed interest in the organisation. There is likely to be an increase both in girls and young women wishing to become members and individuals willing to volunteer their time. The Project 50K Team have come up with a series of documents and accompanying letter templates that contain advice and ideas. With census recently completed, each area should have recent information relating to the number of girls on their waiting to join lists - why not look at the advice ‘managing waiting to join lists' and the ‘letter template for those wanting to join' to see if they can help you to manage the waiting to join list in your area? Click here to visit the member section of the Girlguiding UK website for more details.
Click here to see a summary of the current Growing Guiding resources which are available from Girlguiding UK Trading (where a 4 digit code is shown) or Anglia (where there is no 4 digit code and you are in Anglia region) - P&P charge only (cost may be dependent on quantity ordered but if you or your local depot are ordering other items at the same time then P&P may not be chargeable). Please contact Anglia Region Office for costs relating to the two Anglia-produced leaflets. There are other resources available from Girlguiding UK Trading that may be useful to you but the other ones need to be paid for.
