Training, assessment and social walking event
Join us to enjoy the lovely hills of the Peak District, for those new to walking or more experienced.
What is it? Girlguiding Anglia are running their annual walking weekend for leaders and adult members who wish to train or be assessed in Level 1 (including Water Safety) or Level 2 of the Girlguiding Walking Scheme. The weekend is also suitable for those who wish to add to their Level 2 log book walks or for leisure walkers.
When? Friday 3 November – Sunday 5 November 2023
Where? Whiteley woods OAC, Peak District
Who is it for? Member aged 16 and over.
Cost?
Training/ assessed: £148
Log book/social walkers: £90
Other Information:
Transport is not included in the cost of the event and attendees will need to make their own travel arrangements.
Accommodation is arranged in bunkhouse style with heated indoor showers.
