Catering and Housekeeping Manager

I have been in the hospitality industry most of my working life. I developed a passion for cooking from an early age by watching and learning from my mother, who was a great home cook. I then went on to train at catering college when I left school (many moons ago!). After working long hours and very late nights as a chef in a busy restaurant for 10 years, I decided it was time to find something with a better work/life balance.
I came to work at Hautbois in the spring of 2013. One of the best things about working here is the wonderful environment. The house and estate have varying degrees of beauty all year round; peaceful and pretty in spring, busy and joyful in the summer, glorious colours in autumn and picture postcard perfect in winter.
My team and I take great pleasure in ensuring that our guests are well catered for in clean, comfortable surroundings and I am sure they will agree, there is nothing better than the smell of good wholesome cooking and freshly baked cakes to make you feel at home! In fact, our chocolate brownies are famous across the region!
