The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came in to effect on 25 May 2018, replacing the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Girlguiding offer a whole suite of advise and information on their website.  We are currently consulting with our colleagues at Girlguiding to ensure we follow all the new legal requirements and we are updating information and policies at a region level as we receive them.
