Girlguiding Anglia are looking for a region member to join the regions HR committee.
The HR committee has a crucial strategic role which comprises of agreeing matters relating to all Anglia region staff, including reviewing job descriptions, salaries and advising on wellbeing.
Being part of the committee would give you the opportunity to use your skills to benefit the running of our charity and to support us in becoming a best practice employer. We provide a full induction and training as required, with support from our qualified HR specialists HRSP. The role allows you to develop your skills within human resources and the charity sector as well as gaining great experiences alongside a group of individuals with a variety of professional and voluntary backgrounds.
