The inclusion grant supports members across Girlguiding Anglia by helping to fund reasonable adjustments, adaptations, or specialist resources that enable full participation in Girlguiding activities.
The Girlguiding Anglia inclusion grant is available to any member who requires additional support to access guiding. Applications may be made for costs directly linked to inclusion — such as equipment, adaptations, or support needs — where these adjustments will enable a member to take part in a recognised Girlguiding activity.
Applications will be considered for a range of inclusion support needs, including but not limited to:
- Equipment or specialist resources
- Adaptations to meeting spaces (e.g. ramps)
- Support costs
- Short‑term equipment hire, such as an off‑road wheelchair for a one‑off event
Please note:
- This grant is intended only for inclusion‑related costs, not for general activity fees.
- All applications are assessed individually and awards are not automatic.
- Members who have received the Girlguiding inclusion grant are not eligible for Girlguiding Anglia’s inclusion grant.
