Salaried Positions

Girlguiding Anglia is one of the ten countries and regions of Girlguiding, the UK’s leading charity for girls and young women.  The region covers the following 12 guiding counties, all dedicated to enabling girls and young women to develop their potential and make a difference in the world. Guiding offers girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, build friendships, gain valuable skills and make a positive difference to their communities.  Our dedicated volunteers run Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Ranger groups throughout the Anglia region.

Girlguiding Anglia is a volunteer-led organisation, with all employees working in partnership with our members for the benefit of girls, young women and volunteers.  The policy and decisions regarding the region are overseen by trustees, who are all volunteers, and the executive manager, who is a paid member of staff.

Voluntary Positions

Voluntary positions within the Anglia region are an excellent way to be able to influence the strategy and focus of Girlguiding within our 12 counties. Positions are open to active members as we want the voices of our young members and their leaders to influence and direct the charity in supporting our members. For more information or to discuss these opportunities further please download the relevant information packs or contact vacancies@girlguiding-anglia.org.uk.
