Alyx  – joint GAP representative for Lincolnshire South

I’m a Leader in Training at 24th Lincoln Guides. I’ve been in Guiding since I was 14 and became a Young Leader with my parent’s Brownie unit, although I was not officially a Ranger because there were no Ranger groups local to me. I am passionate about giving girls more opportunities through Guiding, in particular for adventurous and outdoor activities like climbing, abseiling and camping. I’m also passionate about ensuring girls’ voices are heard and that as much as possible Guiding can deliver a program tailored by what the girls have asked for and want to see as well as skills for life.
