Returns Policy

Changed your mind? Clothing doesn’t fit quite right? No problem!

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to us for a refund at any time during the period of 28 days beginning with the day on which you receive the goods. (excluding postage)

You must tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods that  you want to return them. Goods will not be accepted for refund outside of this period except in exceptional circumstances which will be decided by us.

Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and if possible the original packaging.

Clothing that has been worn cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us for a refund, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage when you return the goods.

Please contact us and we can discuss options. You would be responsible for the postage cost for the new item.
