Inspire weekend
26-28 September 2025
The purpose of this event is for Inspire members aged 18-30 to come together, take part in, and complete the adventure and challenge badge pathway. A fun weekend meeting new people and trying out new activities.
Arrival is from 5pm on Friday 26 September and departure at 4pm on Sunday 28 September 2025.
The weekend costs £110 per person which includes: 3 Hautbois activities, crafts, games, badges, catering, and indoor accommodation.
Places can be secured with a £35 deposit with the final amount payable by Monday 14 July. You are able to pay the full amount upon booking if you would prefer.
You will be allocated to a shared dormitory. Please note you may be allocated a top bunk bed unless you inform us of any accessibility requirements. Bedding is provided but you will be required to bring a towel.
Catering will be provided by Hautbois activity centre from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch inclusive. A form will be sent to your nearer to the weekend for you to provide any dietary requirements.
Please be aware there will be no meal provided on the Friday evening.
This is also open to those needing to complete their DofE residential part 1 or Queens Guide social experiment challenge, but you must be over 18 years by the time of the event. Please do make us aware if you are attending for this purpose so we can arrange for a Queens Guide assessor to visit the event.
