Girlguiding Anglia walking events and training take place regularly all over the country. All information can be found on this page.

Level 2 training, assessment and social walking in the Peaks
7-9 November 2025
Join us for a weekend exploring the peak district. We will have 3 sessions, training, assessment and social walking. We will be staying at Whiteleywoods OAC in Sheffield.
If you are interested in completing your level 2 supported walk please e-mail walking@girlguiding-anglia.org.uk, you would need to book a social walking space, however there is additional paperwork required for this to happen

There are 6 spaces on the training course – £140 per participant
There are 6 spaces on the assessment course – £140 per participant
There are 17 spaces on the social walking – £65 per participant
There are a couple of public transport options available. Getting the train into Sheffield, there is a bus stop Stop SS1 (Pondstreet/Patermoster) a 5 minute walk away. The 57/57a goes to Ringlow Road (stop is at Kringle Danish Bakery). Collect from here to the venue can be organised.
