Social walking in Dartmoor

16-18 May 2025

Join us for a weekend of social walking with a focus on level 2 logbook walks. We will be staying at Dartmoor Activity Centre, in the bunkhouse, near Haytor. The weekend will be catered from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (packed that is), with our usual trip to a pub on Saturday night.

Cost is £55

Social walking in Scotland

21-26 August 2025

Join us for a short week further afield, we will be heading to Scotland staying in the OMC (Ochils Mountaineering Club) cottage, near Crianlarich. Accommodation is in alpine style bunk beds. This will be a chance to bag a Munro, gain a QMD (Quality Mountain Day) or level 3 logbook day. There is the option of lower level walks (ie parts of the West Highland Way) however these would be self led walks. The event will be catered from dinner on Thursday until lunch on Tuesday, it is anticipated that we will have an evening meal in a pub on one evening.

Level 2 training, assessment and social walking in the Peaks

7-9 November 2025

Join us for a weekend exploring the peak district. We will have 3 sessions, training, assessment and social walking. We will be staying at Whiteleywoods OAC in Sheffield.
