Louise Copley

I manage Girlguiding Anglia Retail which includes the online shop and the shop here at Hautbois Activity Centre.  I have been working for Girlguiding Anglia since January 2006; my role is very diverse and as a result I have enjoyed many different experiences during my time here which includes designing logos/clothing, website development, IT, finance, taking a shop out to both small and large events. One of those has been taking a shop to our largest Brownie event “Starburst” held at Butlins in Skegness in 2014 and again in 2018.

I get to meet lots of wonderful volunteers who make guiding possible. My daughter has been volunteering for Girlguiding since she was 16 and is now an assistant leader in Kent.

I like to keep fit as much as I can and enjoy playing badminton, tennis, cycling and a variety of different classes.

I work with a great team who make everything possible and the comments we get from our members makes it all worthwhile.
